<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">IT System Administrator 2 – IT/OT Integration is responsible for assisting and supporting the Manager - IT Network & Infrastructure in managing the integration of IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology) systems. OT is traditionally associated with manufacturing and industrial environments, includes industrial control systems (ICS), such as supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA).


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Responsibilities

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Manage and monitor all IT/OT Integration Systems and related components to achieve high performance and availability of these systems.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Monitoring for and reporting of system outages, failure of certain components, or devices identified by the Manager – IT Network & Infrastructure.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Assists the Manager – IT Network & Infrastructure with monitoring server logs, system messages, perform troubleshooting operations and generate alerts, messages and reports of system issues related to IT/OT Integration Systems.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Assists in providing technical and system support for all IT/OT Integration Systems.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Monitor daily operations of the IT/OT Integration Systems.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Monitor and report any issues with IT/OT Integration Systems.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Address Service Desk Tickets related to the IT/OT Integration Systems.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Develop and/or maintain related IT/OT Integration Systems documentation as needed.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Interact with the rest of the IT personnel in areas related to the overall performance of IT systems.


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Minimum of 18 years old.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Valid driver’s license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to read, write and speak English.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or 24 months to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Knowledge of standard engineering techniques to design, develop, and maintain instrumentation or controls systems.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Knowledge of PLC or HMI applications, interfaces, or embedded controls.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Knowledge of Automation techniques relating manufacturing or similar processes through the use of instrumentation or controls systems.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">2-4 years’ experience in IT/OT Integration Systems hardware and software associated with IT/OT Integration Systems.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience with performance tuning and capacity planning.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Excellent communication and customer service skills.
