<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Manages Sales activities of organization by performing the following duties and by promoting business development within given areas and/or specific accounts:

 

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Responsibilities

 

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Responsible for account planning and management of account list
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Presents, Plans, and Follows up with new business. Present Business Reviews to customers
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Opens new accounts
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Develops and executes LOS in assigned accounts
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Builds relationships with assigned customers using routines and call calendars
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Communicates account plans and pricing both internally and externally.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Develops and negotiates on premise customer marketing agreements
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Responsible for Customer Prospecting
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Generates orders and merchandises store (if needed)

 

 

 

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

 

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or 1 to 2 year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Must have a valid driver’s license and be in compliance with the CCBCU’s fleet policy.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">BASIS, Margin Minder, Go-Tool, MEI.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Sales Experience Required - Proven ability to demonstrate sales growth and productivity beyond company/customer expectations consistently. Possesses interpersonal skills with customers and fellow employees. Actively demonstrates/ initiates an interest to learn/ grow. Demonstrate adaptability to changing processes and perform consistently.
