Summary Job Statement

Assist in day to day operational resetting of outlets to company specifications.  Weekend duty will be done based on prescribed activities and assigned at the appropriate times.  Assume and maintain the overall outlet specification and procedures established by the company by performing the following duties:

 

Responsibilities

  • Report to the plant or reset location at the designated time.
  • Load company vehicle with the supplies necessary to complete resets.
  • Meet and greet customer and confirm why you are at this location.
  • Follow the POG given to you by the Reset Manager.
  • Pull and tag all credits for pick up by the driver for that account
  • Communicate with Area Manager for that account about any concerns.
  • Refresh any POS that does not meet company standards.
  • Keep Rack room and office space neat and orderly at all times.
  • Keep company vehicle neat, clean and orderly.
  • Additional duties as assigned

 

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must have three (3) years bottler sales experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be in compliance with the CCBCU’s fleet policy.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or digital form.  Ability to deal with problems involving a several concrete variables in standardized situations.
